Barcelona Oak Drawers

Lovely little oak drawers were just asking to be orange – so I obliged.

… ‘Barcelona’ by Annie Sloan in all its glory – think this is one of my favourites as it’s autumn inspired (my favourite time of year).

Undertones of Arles, Scandinavian Pink and burgundy but primarily Barcelona Orange with a hint of the oak showing and the smallest touch of gilding wax – oh, and with Paris Grey inside.

Sealed with a blend of waxes with some distressing to give an aged look.

In excellent condition, but as with all upcycles, the piece has been well used, therefore please expect some signs of characterful wear and tear. It’s good to be able to see and feel the history of the piece.

Due to the hand painted design the piece has a slightly textured surface in places which just adds to its uniqueness.
